COVID-19

Statement to our partners, our customers, and others affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As we all start to come to terms with the extended impact the coronavirus outbreak is likely to have on both our home and working lives, we wanted to reach out to reassure you that the lights are on at Practice Labs and we are committed to keeping it that way.

Our priority is to ensure our users enjoy continued access to the Practice Labs Environment (PLE). Because our PLE is proprietorial, we have full control both on-site and remotely. All our business-critical personnel are set up to work from home as a matter of course, and during the coronavirus outbreak we will be extending this option to all our other employees.

We’re also keen to support IT students, learners and apprentices who are struggling to continue with their studies remotely. In the UK, we’ve joined forces with a number of government initiatives and industry associations to achieve this and we’re looking to do the same elsewhere.

Is there anything we can do to help your institution or your business? We’re all in this together so let’s have a conversation to see what we can do.

In the event that you have any platform-related queries, our support team are always on hand to assist. You can use this link to get in touch with them by email, by phone, or via contact form.

Take care and stay safe.
